I’m honored to be the editor of the 2020 Bouchercon anthology California Schemin’, featuring stories by the Guests of Honor for the Sacramento Bouchercon (now moved online as a virtual conference) as well as a baker’s dozen of stories selected from blind submissions—a couple of those finalists earning their first fiction publication in this anthology!

Proceeds from book sales will benefit 916 Ink, a creative writing nonprofit that provides workshops for students grades 3-12 in the Sacramento area to help “transform them into confident writers and published authors.”
