“Commission”

My second story featuring Del and Louise serves both as a follow-up to the Derringer Award-winning story “Rearview Mirror” and as a preview of the novel in stories On the Road with Del and Louise, September 2015 from Henery Press. In this tale, Del tries to put behind his criminal ways and make a fresh start in the real estate business with his sister Brenda. But the recession has taken a huge toll on Victorville, California, and with no sales or listings, Del has to find new ways to supplement his income.
