ShortCon & Noir at the Bar • June 5 & 6

I’m prepping like a crazy man for my talk “Linked, Intertwined, or Seamless: The Curious Case of the Novel in Stories” at this year’s ShortCon, taking place Saturday, June 6, at Elaine’s Restaurant in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia—and now also prepping (equally maniacally) to read a short (new!) something at the Noir at the Bar the night before!

The line-up for that reading is stellar: Gary Phillips, Debra H. Goldstein, Avram Lavinsky, Chris Dreith, Ed Ridgley, Liza Parfomak, and Brayden Whisler. Socializing begins at 6 p.m. and the readings start at 7—and free tickets are available here.
