Scrawl Books in Reston, VA, has invited me to be a guest bookseller for the Indies First/Small Business Saturday event on Saturday, November 25.
As Scrawl describes it, “Indies First, held on Small Business Saturday, brings together authors, readers, and publishers in support of independent bookstores”—a day “dedicated to supporting the local businesses that help communities thrive.”
Scrawl Books will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and I’ll be there from 1-3 p.m., chatting with customers, helping to recommend books, maybe signing a few of my own—and hopefully not working the cash register!
The bookstore is located at 11862 Market Street in Reston, VA. Stop by and say hello—and do a little shopping, of course!
